Digital education represents a paradigm shift: from the industrial age to the knowledge age; from inflexibility to the hypertext, and from the transmission of information to the ultimate goal of learning to learn. Digital education has no restrictions of time or space. It is permanent, available at any time, at any moment and in any place. This article is presented based on those premises and the needs of the staff that supports the teaching-learning process in the different areas of knowledge in the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana. The paper deals with the development of an application that integrates the required tools to digitalize the manual processes that are currently used and that prevent the agile decision-making. This will allow the staff to focus on the business, which is to educate students, improve the quality of the services being provided, and to update the contents enhancing education in all the senses.
